Brazil Pushes Antitrust Fixes In $694M Mach-Syniverse Deal

Law360, New York (May 3, 2013, 6:33 PM EDT) -- Brazil's antitrust enforcer on Friday proposed requiring changes to Carlyle Group LP's Syniverse Technologies LLC's proposed €550 million ($693.5 million) acquisition of rival Mach SarL, marking the agency's second merger remedy deal under the country's new competition law.
