Explosives Co. Must Face Insurers' Coverage Suit Over Blast

Law360, New York (May 6, 2013, 5:40 PM EDT) -- An explosives recycling company facing property damage litigation over a Louisiana blast lost its bid to escape two suits from insurers who say they don't owe it coverage on Thursday, when a federal judge found he had jurisdiction because the insurers were seeking to rescind their policies.
