Ex-BP Engineer Must Hand Over Atty Emails In Deepwater Case

Law360, New York (May 6, 2013, 2:14 PM EDT) -- The former BP PLC engineer accused of intentionally destroying evidence related to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill must provide the U.S. Department of Justice with emails he sent to his lawyer and attorney notes from a meeting with BP officials, a Louisiana federal judge said Friday.
