Cartel Suit Against Exxon Advances In Dutch Court

Law360, New York (May 6, 2013, 5:44 PM EDT) -- A Dutch court has ruled that victims of a paraffin wax cartel involving Exxon Mobil Corp., Royal Dutch Shell PLC and others can move forward with a court action seeking private damages, a group suing the companies in the Netherlands said Monday.
