Ex-Pfizer Director Granted Bail In Nigeria Drug Case

Law360, New York (January 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Nigerian court has granted bail to a former Pfizer Inc. medical director who was arrested after failing to appear in court over claims that the company conducted illegal clinical trials on a meningitis drug that killed and disabled children.
