Shell, BP Challenge $3.4B Cove Point LNG Export Project

Law360, New York (May 6, 2013, 5:43 PM EDT) -- Units of Shell Oil Co. and BP PLC on Friday urged the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission not to approve an application for a $3.4 billion Dominion Resources Inc. liquefied natural gas facility expansion project without modifications, arguing Dominion hadn't justified its proposed tariff adjustments.
