Pa. Counties Win Power To Ax Jury Commissioner Posts

Law360, Philadelphia (May 6, 2013, 7:02 PM EDT) -- Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett signed legislation Monday giving counties the authority to abolish elected jury commissioner posts barely two months after the state Supreme Court struck a similar measure on grounds that it violated the single-subject rule of the Pennsylvania Constitution.
