Crash Victim Heirs Can't Reopen Suit In Fla., 11th Circ. Says

Law360, Miami (May 8, 2013, 3:46 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit said Monday that the heirs of victims of a West Carribean Airways crash couldn't resume litigation in Florida because they failed to argue their case, despite a ruling by France's highest court saying they can't try the case in Martinique, which was their other option.
