Keystone Is Safe Oil Transport Option, Lawmakers Hear

Law360, New York (May 7, 2013, 2:35 PM EDT) -- Energy policy experts and regulators told House lawmakers Tuesday that TransCanada Corp.'s long-delayed Keystone XL pipeline will serve as an environmentally safe oil transportation alternative compared to the current methods of truck and rail it is expected to replace.
