Dems Press EPA To List Coal Mines As Major Pollution Source

Law360, New York (May 7, 2013, 1:52 PM EDT) -- Two Democratic congressmen on Tuesday blasted the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's refusal to add coal mines to the Clean Air Act's list of stationary source categories, which would force the agency to ensure that the best emissions control systems are used at coal mines.
