Ex-BP Engineer Wants Evidence In Deepwater Case Excluded

Law360, New York (May 7, 2013, 6:28 PM EDT) -- The former BP PLC engineer accused of intentionally destroying evidence related to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill urged a Louisiana federal judge on Monday to exclude evidence the government plans to introduce at trial, claiming that several exhibits aren't relevant or are inadmissible hearsay.
