EPA Issues Restrictions On New Uses For Industrial Chemicals

Law360, New York (May 8, 2013, 1:47 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Wednesday issued a final rule requiring chemical companies to inform it before manufacturing, processing or importing any of 15 certain chemical substances for an intended new use, including a chemical used in oil and natural gas well drilling.
