HHS Data Shows Wildly Varying Hospital Charges

Law360, New York (May 8, 2013, 6:27 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Wednesday released reams of data on the prices hospitals around the country charge to the uninsured for common health care services, saying that making the data public could bring down prices and close large gaps in costs for the same services.
