Shell Sets Off On Landmark Ultra-Deepwater Gulf Project

Law360, New York (May 8, 2013, 5:06 PM EDT) -- Royal Dutch Shell Plc on Wednesday said it will begin construction in the Gulf of Mexico on what proposes to become the deepest oil and gas production facility in the world, hot on the heels of another venture in the same area.
