Senate GOP Blocks Labor Nominee Vote Again

Law360, New York (May 8, 2013, 10:02 PM EDT) -- U.S. Senate Republicans on Wednesday blocked a committee vote for labor secretary nominee Thomas Perez, invoking an obscure rule to delay a vote for a second time as they continue voicing their objections against the nominee.
