Fla. Legislature Tries To Kill Redistricting Challenge

Law360, Miami (May 9, 2013, 4:50 PM EDT) -- The Florida legislature on Thursday asked the state's high court to kill a challenge to the legislature's electoral redistricting plans in a trial court, arguing the Florida Supreme Court, which already approved the plans last year, has exclusive jurisdiction on the issue under the state constitution.
