McWane Did Not Conspire To Fix Prices, FTC Judge Rules

Law360, New York (May 9, 2013, 6:12 PM EDT) -- A Federal Trade Commission administrative judge found that McWane Inc. did not conspire to fix prices for certain iron pipe fittings but ruled that the company did restrain competition in a narrower market for domestically produced fittings, according to a ruling made public Wednesday.
