Pa. Regulators Say DEP Must Justify Emission Fee Hike

Law360, New York (May 9, 2013, 4:49 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Independent Regulatory Review Commission on Wednesday ordered a unit of the state Department of Environmental Protection to clarify how it balanced competing interests of improving air quality and minimizing the economic impact on industry in its proposal to raise emission fees.
