Philly Law Firm's Partnership Spat Kicked To Arbitration

Law360, Philadelphia (May 9, 2013, 5:23 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania state judge ruled Monday that a lawsuit brought by a former name partner with the Philadelphia workers’ compensation firm now known as Martin LLC alleging he had been shut out of the firm’s operations belonged in arbitration.
