Atty Denies Defaming Co-Worker In Row Over Anti-Gay Bias

Law360, Philadelphia (May 9, 2013, 5:29 PM EDT) -- A former shareholder at Anapol Schwartz Weiss Cohan Feldman & Smalley PC accused of participating in an anti-gay culture that derailed a co-worker’s job opportunity said Monday that statements he made to the attorney’s prospective employer were opinions and should not be held as defamatory.
