EEOC Wins $1.5M Harassment Award For New Breed Workers

Law360, New York (May 10, 2013, 1:30 PM EDT) -- A Tennessee federal jury on Thursday awarded $1.5 million to four employees of New Breed Logistics after deciding that a company supervisor had sexually harassed three of the workers and all of them had been retaliated against for reporting the abuses.
