NECC Dodged Patient-Specific Compounding Rule, Docs Say

Law360, New York (May 10, 2013, 4:50 PM EDT) -- The compounding pharmacy at the center of a deadly nationwide outbreak told a client it could only sell steroids if it were provided with patient names, but said it didn't matter whether those patients were the ones receiving treatment, according to court documents Wednesday suggesting an attempt to skirt state regulations.
