Sierra Club Appeals Emission Plan For Pa. Coal Plant

Law360, Philadelphia (May 10, 2013, 3:13 PM EDT) -- A new emission-control plan imposed on a Pennsylvania coal-fired power plant owned  — which environmentalists say ranks among the nation’s dirtiest — fails to ensure the facility will meet federal air pollution limits, the Sierra Club claimed in an appeal before state regulators on Thursday.
