Sens. Seek Provider Input On Medicare Doc Pay Overhaul

Law360, New York (May 10, 2013, 5:10 PM EDT) -- A bipartisan pair of senators on Friday asked for doctor and health care provider input into changing the method used for determining physicians’ Medicare payments, saying the current system was “broken” and needed replacement.
