EIB Pledges $181M For Polish Power Station

Law360, New York (May 14, 2013, 6:49 PM EDT) -- The European Investment Bank will loan about €140 million ($181 million) to a Polish contractor for the construction of a 450-megawatt, energy-efficient power station at the Stalowa Wola power plant in southeastern Poland, the bank said Monday.

Elektrocieplownia Stalowa Wola will construct a power plant, with a combined cycle gas turbine, adding to the power capacity of the Stalowa Wola plant, the bank said.
