Enviros Join Fight Over Miami Sewage System

Law360, Miami (May 14, 2013, 9:12 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Tuesday granted an environmental group's bid to intervene in the federal and Florida governments' Clean Water Act suit alleging Miami-Dade County failed to properly maintain its sewage treatment system.
