Law360, Philadelphia (May 14, 2013, 4:52 PM EDT) -- Judge Mark Bruno, one of nine Philadelphia Traffic Court judges indicted for fixing tickets, lost his bid for a preliminary injunction Monday after a Pennsylvania federal judge found him unlikely to succeed in arguing the state Supreme Court violated his due process rights when it suspended him from the bench.
