Partner Morale Tops Pre-Recession Levels, Survey Says

Law360, New York (May 14, 2013, 6:09 PM EDT) -- Happier partners? It may sound surprising, but according to one survey, partner morale is actually better — way better — than it was in the pre-recession days, the end of a gilded period of sharply rising profits and seemingly rock-solid job security for much of the BigLaw world.

Or at least, that's what managing partners believe.
