House Panels Open Probes Into Sebelius ACA Fundraising

Law360, New York (May 14, 2013, 5:48 PM EDT) -- Two House committees that oversee the Department of Health and Human Services on Monday opened probes into reported efforts by HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to encourage health care companies to donate funds to nonprofits that are working on outreach related to the Affordable Care Act.
