Ruden McClosky's Buyer Cleared To Collect On Client Lien

Law360, New York (May 15, 2013, 5:10 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday ruled Greenspoon Marder PA, which purchased the assets of bankrupt Ruden McClosky Smith Schuster & Russell PA, could collect on a Ruden McClosky client lien, finding a lower court had erred in finding Greenspoon wasn't entitled to the lien.
