ALI Insurance Principles May Fill In Blanks Left By States

Law360, New York (May 16, 2013, 4:59 PM EDT) -- The American Law Institute will debate and potentially approve draft principles of liability insurance at its annual meeting Monday, an under-the-radar project that attorneys say could sway the outcome of cases, particularly in jurisdictions that have few statutes, regulations or judicial precedents on coverage issues.
