House GOP Votes For Third Time To Repeal ACA

Law360, New York (May 16, 2013, 7:44 PM EDT) -- House Republicans on Thursday voted for the third time to scrap the Affordable Care Act in its entirety, a move that’s dead on arrival in the U.S. Senate and which underscores the relentlessness of conservative opposition more than three years after the law’s passage.
