Allergan Targets Strides, Agila Over Generic Eye Drops

Law360, Chicago (May 17, 2013, 1:57 PM EDT) -- Senju Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., Kyorin Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. and Allergan Inc. hit Strides Inc. and Agila Specialties Private Ltd. with a patent infringement lawsuit in Delaware federal court Wednesday over their plans to market a generic version of Allergan's Zymar and Zymaxid conjunctivitis eye drops.
