Enviro Group Loses Challenge To EPA Permit Regulation

Law360, Chicago (May 17, 2013, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A Washington, D.C., federal judge on Thursday axed the National Wildlife Federation's Administrative Procedure Act suit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency challenging a regulation governing some water discharge permits, finding the group had not pointed to a final agency action that applied the regulation.
