USPTO Revamps Rejected-Patent Review Program

Law360, New York (May 17, 2013, 7:44 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on Friday unveiled a revamped version of a popular program launched last year to reduce patent pendency by giving examiners a limited amount of time to consider responses filed after the rejection of a patent application.
