DC Circ. Revives Race Discrimination Claim Against HHS

Law360, New York (May 20, 2013, 5:32 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday partially revived a suit accusing the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services of racially discriminating against an African-American employee, ruling her claim that she was denied a promotion because of her race must be decided by a jury.
