HHS To Manage Ohio's Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Plan

Law360, New York (May 21, 2013, 8:15 PM EDT) -- Ohio officials on Tuesday handed off responsibility to the federal government for running a temporary insurance plan for people with pre-existing conditions, joining a long list of states that have opted out of the hugely expensive program.
