Top Justice Official Says No Bank Too Big To Jail

Law360, New York (May 22, 2013, 6:12 PM EDT) -- A top U.S. Department of Justice official on Wednesday told a congressional committee that while prosecutors in some cases take into account the collateral damage a criminal prosecution against a large bank could pose, those considerations have not stopped them from bringing cases.
