ABA Joins Chorus Hoping To Spare USPTO From Sequester

Law360, New York (May 23, 2013, 2:55 PM EDT) -- The American Bar Association on Monday urged the White House to spare the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office from deep budget cuts called for under sequestration, joining the legal industry's growing campaign to protect the agency's user fees and gains made under the America Invents Act.
