Pa. AG Says No Master Needed In Judicial Retirement Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (May 23, 2013, 5:45 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General on Wednesday fired back at a petition seeking the appointment of a special master to gather evidence in a suit challenging a provision of the state constitution forcing judges into retirement after turning 70, arguing that the matter presented only questions of law.
