Indicted Texas Judge Suspended Without Pay

Law360, New York (May 24, 2013, 5:55 PM EDT) -- An embattled Texas judge on Thursday was suspended without pay by a state judicial panel a day after he was indicted on criminal charges that he used his office to retaliate against attorneys with whom he has personal conflicts.
