Schumer Says Sprint-SoftBank Deal Might Aid Chinese Hackers

Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., on Friday joined a crescendo of concerns over the national security risks tied to SoftBank Corp.’s proposed $20.1 billion Sprint Nextel Corp. takeover, telling federal regulators the transaction could open the U.S. government to Chinese hackers.
