Rambus Wins Dismissal Of Samsung Patent Suit

Law360, New York (November 9, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- Chip maker Rambus Inc. will turn its attention to the antitrust suits pending against it on the West Coast after a Virginia district court judge dismissed a patent suit brought by Korean electronics maker Samsung.

Samsung sued Rambus over a royalties related to a licensing agreement for four patents covering semiconductor technology.
