Pylon Settles Bosch Wiper Patent Claims To Exit ITC Case

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 2:03 PM EDT) -- Robert Bosch GmbH has agreed to drop Pylon Manufacturing Corp. and two other companies from an investigation claiming a slew of companies imported patent-infringing windshield wipers, according to settlement papers filed Friday with the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Bosch, Pylon and the two other respondents filed a joint motion asking the trade body to dismiss all three from Bosch's broader case accusing numerous companies of violating Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 by shipping products that infringed its patents for special wiper blades....
