High Court Won’t Review Planned Parenthood Defunding Block

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 12:32 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to weigh in on a dispute over an Indiana law withholding state Medicaid funds from organizations that perform abortions, effectively keeping in place an injunction granted to Planned Parenthood of Indiana Inc. against the provision going into effect.
