EU Sets Dumping Rates On Argentine, Indonesian Biodiesel

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 3:57 PM EDT) -- The European Commission on Tuesday set preliminary anti-dumping rates on exports of biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia after determining the product was being marketed in Europe at below normal value.

The commission set preliminary rates on Argentinean exporters of between 6.8 and 10.6 percent and rates on Indonesian biodiesel businesses of between zero percent and 9.6 percent, according to a notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
