Ex-Freedom Medical Employee Dodges RICO Theft Claims

Law360, Philadelphia (May 28, 2013, 3:02 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday ruled against medical equipment rental company Freedom Medical Inc. when she rejected its claims that a business launched by a former employee had conspired with others to steal and distribute gear belonging to the company.
