Quinn Emanuel Contract Atty Fights To Preserve OT Suit

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 10:53 PM EDT) -- A contract attorney who filed a wage-and-hour class action against Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP urged a New York federal judge on Tuesday to let the case proceed, saying class members aren’t exempt from overtime pay because the low-skilled document review they performed didn’t constitute practicing law.
