Trial Consultant Sues Philly Firm Over Unpaid Bills

Law360, Philadelphia (May 28, 2013, 5:56 PM EDT) -- A Chicago-based trial consultant Friday hit Gallagher Malloy & Georges PC with a suit in Pennsylvania state court alleging that the Philadelphia firm has not paid bills for pretrial and trial services stemming from a 2011 trial.

Neal Howard Trial Consulting claims the firm owes nearly $72,000 for work provided for jury selection and trial observation in a motor vehicle accident case.
