NCS Escapes Contractor Spam Suit In 8th Circ.

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 9:45 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Tuesday upheld the dismissal of an email spam lawsuit against National Credit Systems, saying it had no evidence to dispute findings that the company’s witnesses were credible and that it couldn’t be held accountable for the actions of independent contractors.
